Reparation Commission announce Germany to pay £6.6 billion.
1922
Germany makes two payments and then DEFAULTS in November.
1923
January - French and Belgians occupy the Industrial heartland of Germany - The Ruhr
German Chancellor (Cuno) orders workers to strike (Passive Resistance).
April - French and Belgians bring in their own workers.
German Government pay striking works - inflation becomes hyper-inflation
August - Cuno resigns, replaced by Stresemann who calls off passive resistance + resumes reparation payments.
November - Hitler attempts his 'Beerhall Putsch'.
